ADL Mining has been active in the mining projects sector for over 20 years, building a strong track record based on experience, innovation, and a commitment to sustainable development. With a focus on Rare Earth Elements (REEs), the Company currently manages the Buena unit of INB, playing a relevant role in the Brazilian mineral value chain.
The Company conducts technical, economic, and environmental feasibility studies for the future exploration of strategic minerals, such as Tantalum (AP) and Graphite (SP), in alignment with market demands and industry best practices.

The term Rare Earth Elements (REEs) refers to a group of 17 elements in the periodic table, including the lanthanides, scandium, and yttrium. The primary rare earth-bearing minerals include bastnäsite, monazite, and xenotime.
Deposits associated with coastal and beach sands are the most common, where monazite is typically concentrated alongside other heavy minerals. Major producing countries include Australia, Brazil, India, Malaysia, South Africa, and the United States.
Although most production is used in catalysts, ceramics, and metallurgy, Rare Earth Elements have increasingly been applied in high-tech products, such as high-performance magnets used in electric motors and wind turbines.
Mining is carried out using open-pit methods in mineral sand deposits, with physical concentration processes and minimal environmental impact.
Gravitational separation of heavy minerals from sand using high-efficiency spiral concentrators.
Magnetic and electrostatic separation processes are applied to separate Ilmenite, Rutile, Zirconite, and Monazite.
Preparation, packaging, and export of minerals to domestic and international markets, ensuring full traceability.

📍 Campos dos Goytacazes — RJ
ADL Mining’s main operational unit, responsible for managing the Buena unit of INB. It serves as the core base for the extraction, concentration, and separation of heavy minerals, supported by decades of production history.

📍 Alcobaça — BA
An expanding unit, with infrastructure focused on increasing extraction and processing capacity in the southern region of Bahia — an area with a high concentration of heavy minerals.
