ADL Group is composed of four companies operating across different market segments, with a primary focus on supporting ADL Mining, which is engaged in the extraction and commercialization of heavy minerals and Rare Earth Elements (REEs). With a global presence, we develop and enable international business and operational opportunities through a solid strategic framework, grounded in responsibility, sustainability, and adherence to ESG principles.
The Group’s Core Company
ADL Mining has been active in the mining projects sector for over 20 years, building a strong track record based on experience, innovation, and a commitment to sustainable development. With a focus on Rare Earth Elements (REEs), the Company currently manages the Buena unit of INB, playing a relevant role in the Brazilian mineral value chain.
Currently, ADL Mining concentrates its operations on four strategic minerals: Ilmenite, Rutile, Zirconite, and Monazite. In parallel, the Company is evaluating the acquisition of new areas in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Bahia, and Espírito Santo, aiming to expand its operations.
The Group’s Engineering and Technical Division
ADL Engineer is part of ADL Group, serving as the engineering and technical division supporting ADL Mining. Established to internalize the development of infrastructure and expansion projects, the Company is responsible for the design and execution of new industrial facilities, warehouses, accommodations, and other operational structures.
Each project is developed with a careful, strategic, and responsible approach, reflecting ADL Group’s commitment to innovation, safety, and sustainable development, with a focus on environmentally responsible solutions and minimal environmental impact.
Financial Division — FGL Holding
ADL Invest (FGL Holding) is the financial arm of ADL Group, engaged in investment projects across various economic sectors within the domestic market. Through ADL Invest, the Group invests in engineering, trading, and mining projects, as well as in the commercial representation of national and international brands in São Paulo and South Korea.
Global Presence in Asia
ADL Korea represents the international presence of ADL Group, strengthening its position in the Asian market and reinforcing the connection between Brazil and South Korea. Established to expand import and export operations, the Company is engaged in the distribution of Brazilian-origin products across Asia.
Currently, ADL Korea plays a strategic role in supporting ADL Mining by coordinating the transportation of materials, equipment, and technologies essential to the expansion of mining operations.
São Francisco de Itabapoana — RJ
A facility complex designed for the storage of rare earth minerals, including the TQM (Monazite Chemical Treatment) installation. Strategically located to optimize inbound and outbound resource logistics.
Belmonte — BA
A nova planta química projetada para Belmonte foi concebida como uma unidade de extração e separação física dos 4 minérios em larga escala, além de contemplar a implantação de uma unidade de TQM (Tratamento Químico de Monazita), com área aproximada de 60.000 m², além de uma infraestrutura dedicada de aproximadamente 200.000 m² em silos destinados ao armazenamento de materiais e a unidade para a separação da monazita. O processamento e a separação da monazita permitem a recuperação dos 17 elementos de terras raras presentes no minério, ampliando o valor agregado do material e seu potencial de aplicação industrial.
